Kayak tours : They have paddled, camped, hiked, surfed, snorkeled much of our emerald island. Also they have explored Kaua'i's peaks and valleys, canyons, rivers and coastlines, and have come to love its many faces and moods. Humbled by the eye of the Humpback, never tire of turning you on to the Technicolor splendor of Kaua'i's water majesty, where giant Green Sea Turtles drift amid darting neon streaks of tangs and wrasses.

Scuba, snorkel, and water activities : Sea Sport Divers is a multible Rodale's Reader's Choice Award Winner. Voted # 1 on Kaua'i, and # 5 in pacific and Indian oceans , they are also rated as one of the 10 best dive Operators in the US, with straight "A" rating. Sea Sport Divers is the only company with multiple locations.

SHOPPING

The Hanalei Surf Company : Hanalei Surf Co started as a 16' by 12' windsurfing equipment shop that was open 10 hours a week. Nineteen years later, with two stores offering hundreds of products and employing over 30 people, Hanalei Surf still retains it's small town general store feel.

Brad Dawber Kaua’i photo gallery : See beautiful photography of the island, and take one home as a keepsake. (Reasonably priced)

Ching Young Village : Emerging from a humble village in southern China, CHING YOUNG embarked on an adventure that would result in the CHING YOUNG VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER. This is a wonderful little shopping center in Hanalei.

Island Soap and Candle : Island Soap & Candle Works is located on the beautiful island of Kauai. Our soap and candle factory established in 1984 is the only one of its kind in Hawaii. The business was established with the intention of re-creating the ancient art of soap making.

Dr. Beach : Beaches are the number one recreational destination for Americans. These sandy playgrounds that line our coasts are the most extensive natural parks in the country. Nothing restores the body and soul like a stay at the beach. We are naturally drawn to the rhythmic pounding of the waves as if returning to our primordial beginnings. Great info on beaches all over the USA, as well as Hawaii.
